The Team
Elisha Feit Mann is a high school student from Atlanta, Georgia. From a young age, art and writing were hobbies of his but, these interests became essential when, at eleven years old, he suddenly began experiencing physical and emotional symptoms of an auto-immune disease. Painting portraits, sewing stuffed animals, and writing stories were things he knew he could do when so much of his life felt scary and uncertain. Elisha started the Keep Creating Initiative to encourage young artists and writers to create and work their imaginative muscles despite the health conditions they may be facing.

Sannah Mokone
Alex Nelson was born in New York and raised in a small town in Maine. She received her BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology and her MFA in Photography from the Yale School of Art. Nelson uses photography, writing and video as a means to create elliptical associative narratives, often stemming from personal histories to more distant incomplete archives or biographies. The lack that exists within these histories is the generative point of her work as a place to fill in. Her book of writing and images Liner Notes was published by Quickbooks in 2021. She was a 2022 resident at the Ellis-Beauregard Foundation in Rockland, Maine.
